Wasatch Front Rock Climbing Routes
Big Cottonwood Canyon
Located 10 minutes south and east
of Salt Lake City
JHCOB Wall is the
tallest wall in the canyon. There you will find many trad routes that
reach to the top of the wall. The wall is 425 feet tall, 3 or 4 pitches.
and the view from the top is spectacular. Bring plenty of medium sized
gear and a 60 meter rope. Climbing the corner route is like climbing a
big ladder until you reach the top pitch where the route follows a crack
that is off of the corner about 10 feet. The exposure is incredible!
