Wasatch Front Rock Climbing Routes

Little Cottonwood Canyon

Located 15 minutes south and east of Salt Lake City.

                     

Hellgate Buttress

     Hellgate Buttress is located on the north side of the canyon halfway between Snowbird the town of Alta at the top of the canyon. Approach is only about 5 minutes and the rock is low quality limestone and rock fall is frequent. Be sure to bring your helmet if climbing in this area of the canyon.
